If you try to add your server and you are 100% sure that you are entering all server data correctly, follow this information.
For some reason our service can not connect to your server. This is mostly due to the fact that the server port is blocked in the firewall.
First check if the TCP and UDP server ports are blocked in any way. Do you have another server or RCON or something else running on the same port? This can lead to problems. You cannot use several different services on the same port.
Maybe your hosting has security features that inadvertently block our service. Contact your hosting support and ask if it blocks us. Ask her to stop blocking. If you need our IP addresses, they are listed here:
