Previously, we only advertised the server that had the first position. All others who dropped to second or third place were ignored.
We have decided that it is not quite right!
As before, the first server is always advertised without exception. The second server has a high probability of being displayed in the ad. Third has smaller probability, and so on to position 10. How this works exactly, you can read here.
